Organize design and QA control conditions

For an AI Agent or workflow whose delegation and stop conditions are not yet fixed, use documents and written exchanges to turn them into verifiable control conditions, improvement candidates, and implementation checks.

The introductory estimate is JPY 30,000 (excl. tax) per flow. The standard scope covers one or two control conditions, up to two written review rounds, and a two-page review sheet. Runtime inspection is not included. Material volume, complexity, or scope may require a separate quote; the price is agreed before work begins.

Before sharing materials

Do not enter API keys, passwords, credentials, raw production data, or unnecessary personal information in this form. The initial inquiry proceeds without confidential materials.

If you proceed to a paid Control Design Review, the standard transfer method is a scope-limited ZIP shared read-only from a customer-managed Google Drive, OneDrive, or similar service to a specified recipient. Read-only access to a GitHub Organization can also be used.

OpenAI ChatGPT may be used as a review aid. Non-public materials are limited to content with secrets, credentials, unnecessary personal information, and raw production data removed, and are handled only in Chat mode with model-improvement use disabled. They are not passed to Work mode, external connectors, plugins, cloud browser, or web actions. Claude / Claude Code is not used for this service.

Our controlled working copy is deleted within 30 days after delivery. Highly confidential material, raw production information, and production credentials are outside the standard intake scope.
